Account Deletion

You can ask us to delete your Seven Stags account (including the Seven Stags mobile app account) and the personal data linked to it. Enter the email address you registered with and our team will contact you to confirm and complete the request.

In the mobile app

Open the Seven Stags app, go to More → Delete account, confirm your email and submit.

What happens next

We review every request and reply to the email address you give us, usually within 7 business days. Before closing an account we may ask you to confirm the request and to withdraw any remaining balance. Open positions must be closed first.

What is deleted and what is kept

Your profile, login details and app data are deleted. Identity verification documents and transaction records are kept for at least 5 years after the account is closed, because anti-money-laundering rules require it (see our AML & KYC Policy and Privacy Policy). They are then deleted.
